Wheatgrass -Days 1 through 3

I started drinking a 4 oz glass of low sugar orange juice with a scoop of wheatgrass 3 days ago. I immediately saw benefits by not being so hungry all day and when I ate I made better choices - raw veggies, fruit, hummus, goat cheese. Not craving carbs or sugar. Immediately!!! 

My goal is to have a healthy relationship with food = Healthy eating, weight loss, improved health, increased energy!! I'm on my way.
